Mivi — Issue with my mivi duo pods A25 and item not delivered.

I purchased mivi duopods A25 on 6th may, but using i get to know its left side is noisy and not comfortable .
i tried to mail the mivi support but no one respond to it,
its been a month my issue is not resolved and even though the mivi customer care no is not of any use.

i wanted to get my issue to be resolved and my product is under warranty.

after this complaint the mivi replied to my mails and said that your product is being under testing and before a month they sent a mail to me that my product issue is resolved and will courier to you within 48 hours but today is 7th day and stilll now not replied to my mails.
please help me
