Mivi — MIVI collar Bluetooth not return

I had purchase MIVI Bluetooth from MIVI website and after some times it was not working that time it was under warranty so i shared mail in MIVI support ([protected]@mivi.in. )after that blue dart team visited and take away for replacement . i mail 26-Aug-2021 for replacement but till date my Bluetooth earphone not return and not any revert got from mivi team side ..still mivi Bluetooth is under warranty
so please help me how can i got my product ...
