Mivi — Mivi collar classic neckband

I had sent my product to them on 24 june for repairing them email me that there is some problem with ther logistics so they tell me to wait 14 to 15 days
But now its been more than 1 month i had give my product to them they are not responding to the calls and emails my ticket no. Is [#1591372]
Plz help me solve my problem about this
