Mivi — Mivi Collar Classic neckband is still not repaired and not getting any replies from mivi support.

I have claimed the warranty against my mivi Colar classic neckband and mivi's consumer support picked up my colar classic from my residence 2 weeks ago and took it under a diagnosis test and updatee me 2 weeks ago. I had mailed them 4 times for the update of my neckband and asked for the refund or new colar classic as it is under the warranty period but still I had not received any reply. Mivi has a very poor service system and no transparency.
