Mivi — Mivi collar classic neckband not working

Hi am prasant,
I purchased a mivi collar classic its within 1 year warrenty but two buds are not working now, after i reset phone, clean earphone, reset my bluetooth setting and also trying with other phone also. Two side speaker are not working still now.
How can i claim my warrenty?
