My mivi duopod m20 has developed a problem so I tried to claim warrenty as it was still in warranty period and they responded and told me wait but now it has been 14 days since their last respond no one pick ups the call at their customer care and not even replying to the email

Updated by Vivek@123rana Their mail came today Nov 02, 2021 that they received the package and will send it to testing team and will get it done as soon as possible as they said in their mail lets see.
