I have ordered the product on 13th November it came the next day 14th November and when i started using it the right earbud was getting disconnected agian nd again similarly the left one started the same problem within same day of delivery i faced this problem so i placed a refund request on theur mail so they are asking for money to ship the product to them why should I pay for the shipping again they have to pickup the product also they are not receiving calls i asked help on their Instagram page they are not responding i commented my reason on their page so they deleted my comment but didn't helped out I'm regretting my decision of buying cheap product by fraud company MIVI
