Raised a faulty product complaint on my mivi duopods m40 on 25 May, 2022. They took the product from me on 8th June 2022. I haven't received back the product till date. Whenever i call mivi customer care, they are always saying we will send you this week and the cycle continues. This really has to be my worst experience with any e-commerce website. Strongly recommending everyone not to buy anything from Mivi . Viswanadh Kandula
