Mivi — My mivi collar 2 not working mivi take from me not repair or replacement or not return back to me

My mivi coller 2 earphone are not working i am send to mivi then mivi says we solve your issue in 14 days but after 15 + days i am send many mail to mivi but mivi not reply and not return or replacement my earphone
