I would like to bring this to your attention that today is the exact 50days of my warranty claim request, I have been following up since the last couple of days but there is no absolute support from Mivi side and no clarity has been provided to me regarding the raised ticket.
It is really sad having this kind of experience at a company like MIVI. The customer care executives are really annoying lack of decency while talking.
My strong request to you kindly do the needful immediately. details are attached
