Mivi — Not received my mivi A25 duopods which are given for repairing

On 4th june 2022 I had contact mivi support through email for repairing of my mivi duopods A25 and it was picked on 15 June and I was said that it will be delivered within a week.But due to bad customer service it is not delivered till.please look into matter . I had to attend online classes
