Firstly my m20 duo pods battery got swollen and i tried to replace it and they gave me a replacement not good enough.
The replacement they gave me was of diffrent colour and the charging case was not closing properly so i returned them to give me another one and then they picked up that ear buds and after 4 days they told me that they have sent my ear buds to testing department and after that there is still no update of my product.
It's been a month and i am very frustrated with their customer service as they are not replying any of my mails
