Mivi — Poor Quality of goods

I bought mivi earpods just a week ago and now they have stopped working. They do not work for around 10 hours and the company claims for a battery life of 50 hours. The service center are not picking up my calls and and they even do not reply to my e-mails. It has been 4 days since I registered my complaints but to no avail.

Guys never buy mivi products instead buy any other thing I promise it will be worth it but mivi products are of no worth.
