The product was taken for replacement by the delivery man at arround 11:00 a.m and the steps to be followed for the delivery are sent by mivi support team at 4:33 p.m on that day.
As i was unaware, that other accessories (charging cable, eartips) were not to be given. I gave that also, and in the evening i came to know that it wasn't to be provided, and if provided it won't be returned.
After that i tried a lot to contact through email, but i never got any response from mivi.
Due to late informing by your mivi support team (though said the fastest way to resolve the problem by mivi) now what should i do. I want my charging cable as well as eartips along with. Was this information helpful? |
