Mivi — Product exchange delayed

I have bought Mivi Duopods F30 with 42 hours battery Fast Charging TWS Bluetooth on 17th Jan 2022. Initially i didn't faced any issues while charging.However, the claim of 42 hrs charging doesn't not working for me. The product is purchased from Flipkart with OD[protected]. The product is already been registered for warranty. After several follow up the product has been picked up on 18th may. Since then the product is lying with them. And on 2nd July they have sent an email stating Our test engineer have identified the issue with the product.
We have fixed the issue.
Your product will be shipped from our warehouse with in 48 hours.
We will share you the tracking number after the product is shipped. Weeks passed they are no responding on emails It's very annoying.

4 months passed. Not yet resolved. The keep on sending the standard template reply on emails.

They keep on sending the same template and no actions has been taken so far. Will this get resolved ever.
