[Resolved] Mivi — Product issue and hold product from 40 to 50 days

Firstly mivi promise that my product replace within 15 days but from 40-50 days mivi replying me that your product under testing. My ticket number is 720781 . I call to customer care and she tells me that i have no any product of you after 5 minutes she tells that your product under testing and she say that you wait only one weak but yet no details about my product after 1 weak .
