I got an issue with my Bluetooth earphones of Mivi. I have registered a ticket for that and they collected the product around 13 July 2022.
The product was repaired in few days after that and still, they have not shipped the product to me. I have mailed them and reminded for approx 10-15 times. They are just responding that they will ship in the next 48 hours.
But it's now been 85 + days. I am tired of them.
I demand my product back or a full refund now.
