Mivi — Product warranty claim problem from more than one month

I had purchased this product on 7th May 2023, after one I was facing the issue of auto increase & disincese of volume.I lock the case it took 12-15 days.After i received the product & i found a new issue of backup and charging I had lock the case again .
On 12th July I handed over the product to your courier service. You got this product on 16th July 2023. From mivi support i received mail regarding my product issue was resolved on 25th july .

It is very ridiculous that I am not able to get any information regarding my device.
My biggest mistake is purchasing a mivi product..

Very very disappointing service & support from " MIVI TEAM".

Kindly give the status of my product . I am completely irritated now by taking follow ups .
How many phone calls and emails do you require to give the status of my third class product?
If I didn't get the proper answer now this is my final warning.I had completely lost my patience.I had no choice reither file the case in consumer count .
I had enough proof to claim a count against MIVI .

VERY PATHETIC SUPPORT FROM MIVI TEAM I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL FRIEND & RELATIVE NOT TO PURCHASE MIVI PRODUCT.
MORE THAN ONE MONTH I AM CHASING WITH THE MIVI TEAM.

I got my product on 10-7-23 and i abserve that the right hand bud microphone is not working how you are sending without testing ?
Very pathetic service after two months i didn't get product completely working properly condition. I had wasted my money by purchasing this product & wasted my time is expectation of good customer service, but now i am filling the case in consumer forum.
I had shown enough of my patience level by expecting the good service from your side in last two months.

This was my first experience with MIVI and i confirm that this is my last very very bad, poor, irritating, pathatic dispointing experience . I will recommend my all friends not to buy Mivi products.

KINDLY REF: MY OLD UNCLOSED COMPLAINT #2348125 . I HAD ALSO TRIED AND LUNCH THIS COMPLAINT IN MIVI CONSUMER FORM AFTER UPDATING THE COMPLAINT TWO TIMES YOUR FORM PORTAL IS NO LONGER.
I HAD NOT SEEN SUCH PRODUCT AND SERVICES IN MY LIFE.

I am trying from morning to your support number +[protected] to know my complaint status, but no response from your end by phone or by email.You insist me to re-login the case I had logged. In Spite of first case was unsolved. Please suggest to me how I can get out of this .
Till now I had followed your instructions as per your requirement. I also sent the product photos from every angle.
This is very ridiculous to fight for the service.
If you can't solve the problem from the root cause then please replace this device. I am rigrading why I had purchased the MIVI product.
