As per the MIVI instruction I was returned the defective product through MIVI arranged courier, . The Defective product picked by Smartr logistic on 06/08/2022 and as per courier tracking status product is delivered to M/s semonil electronic pvt ltd on 08/08/2022.But till date MIVI has not provided information regarding replacement of the defective product.
Reference to the above issue, I was written email two time to customer support of MIVI but they are not responding to my mail.
Hence request to resolve the issue at the earliest.
