Mivi — Replacement not yet shipped nor answering mails

I ordered from flipkart duopods F40 on 7 june 2022 of order id OD[protected] and they are not working that's why I raised a complaint and they picked my order and mailed me that we will provide you a replacement and awb number will provided but then they cancel that shipment and not answering the mail nor recieve the call also it's been a month already
