Mivi — THIRD time facing the same issue of mivi product and they didnot solve it

Address:a 30 a, shankar vihar murlipura jaipur rajasthan

I buy collar 2A from @Mivi_Official on26 feb and have some issues and i submitted to @Mivi_Official support team and this was the third time i am facing the sound issue .kindly replace my product with new
