The Customer care service of Mivi is so so so bad! I purchased My Mivi Collar Falsh Neckband in Dec. 2021. So the warranty is valid . The right side of the neckband is stopped working. But the email of Customer care service is not responding or responding in 3-4 days and not picking up the call of Customer care service number. Such a careless company.
I suggest you to not buy any products of Mivi!
And I request to Arrange the pickup of my Neckband and return me the new or repaired one as early as possible. And atleast please reply in Customer care email or Number which you have given in every site .
