Mobikwik — 100 debited from my bank through obc net banking | |||
Dear sir i am varun kumar, a shopkeeper and i am use your mobikwik service to take the payment to customer.in date 01/02/2017 i had add 100 to mobikwik by my bank threw obc netbanking which status is failed and amount rs100 is debited from my bank whereas rs 100 did not added on my mobikwik wallets. I forgot my alternate mobile no.and. Both pin to change alternate no. OTP is sending to alternate mobile no.kindly arrange reset of password throght e mail.
