Mobikwik — 30k amount deducted from my debit card

Someone has used my debit card details and taken 30000 from my card ...this is doe through mobiwik via sbi. Request to assist. My mother(Sree Lekha Devi)) account is been hacked and an amount of Rs.20, 175 been deducted yesterday(19/4/2020 at 3.00PM). When i checked my account statement, 20175 been deducted as part o[censored]tility_ShrothamI and 9999 rs been deducted as part of CITRUSPAY KOTAK. Hence total of 30000rs been deducted. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 20, 2020 Updated by JeyasekharB Please let me know whether there needs any more info.. Request to have this transaction to beblocked and revert back the amount debitted from my account
