Hello i have recharged my jio number [removed] via mobikwik of rupees 399,
But has taken the money and it never get recharged, and i have tried to registered two times help ticket and found those status are resolved without anything done, they dont have even contact number. This is really fake.

Note: i have attached my transaction id screenshot mobi1 and the help ticket screenshot mobi2

Updated by Amit Bapu Amit Mobikwik customer care people tried to threatened by calling early morning at 6 am. and asked what is the issue, when told them why you are calling me so early morning, they told do you need any solution as you have a complaint in the forum. tell me the details of the issue, after explained him the details he asked me to give details of bank account so he can transfer the amount. is it this company operates like this ? please aware of this company once you have made phone recharge and if it did not recharge then forget the money because they will call you in very odd time and try to threaten you
