Mobikwik — 4000 rupees deducted from zip account without my acknowledgement

4000 rupees transaction on 23rd nov 2021 and without my notice. Now zip credit payment is due on my name. This transaction not even mentioned transaction history.
I had raised complaints but it is progress and all the time receive same response as auto generated reply.
Please help me in this.
