Mobikwik — about credit card payment for electric bill | |||||
Dear sir/madam, (Bses ca number[protected] I am yogendra kumar gautam husband of mrs hemlata gautam have paid electricity bill (Vide bses ca number[protected] on 27/07/2018 through mobikwik by my hdfc credit card no.[protected] payment ref. No. 07000886900727012032195, amount rs. 1100/- (Rupees one thousand one hundred only) but bses has not received the payment and again send the bill to me including last bill of rs 1100/-. Therefore please look into the matter and try to pay the bill to bses of rs. 1100/- to save me from disconnection of bses. As am booked ticket wrongly date enter so cancel the ticket and refund the amount. My pnr no is 93C5487U. Pls refund the amount.I want to booking30/8/2018, but by default date booking 1/9/2018. So pls request you, pls refund the my amount in my account
