Mobikwik — account blocked &no responce from customer care

My self manmeet mobikwik id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no is [protected].my account got blocked after when mobikwik updated their mobile app, i tried several times also tried on pc with password but unsuccessfull. i tried it with forgot password.on pc the email link msg apears link expired and with otp i succeed in changing password but new password doesnt works i also raise ticket 2723464 on 29/5/2015 but still no responce from their side, i had some disscussion in past days with their executive and emailed my issue to her but she also didnt respond
