Mobikwik — Account disabled and rs 10372/ debit Account credit card

Dear sir
I am use mobikik wallet bust last week I am use date -28/04/2022 time 10.30 pm mobikik wallet to bank transfer amount rs 10372/ use IndusInd Bank Credit Card amount debit but not showing mobikik wallet .I'm trying mobikik help desk bust not responding mobikik no any help please check
