Mobikwik — account disabled for no reason

Hello sir,
I just opened my wallet after a few days and then i came to know that my account has been disabled for no reason. Atleast you should inform the customer about whatever you do in their accounts. I dont understand how can such a big company do like this to us. I have money in my wallet. I want you to resolve this issue as soon as possible as i need the money urgently.
