Mobikwik — account has been blocked for no reason

My account with mobikwik has been blocked, and i have more than 8000 rupees left in my account and it has not been refunded.
My account no is [protected] with mail id - anandbng20002gmail.com

I am trying to contact the customer care no provided by them and it turns out to be fake, no response from them.

Mobikwik cant be traced from any no or email id, pls try resolving it for the refund of my money
