Mobikwik — account unlock

Dear Sir/ Mam, My mobikwik account has been blocked stating as unauthorized transaction and I need to transfer amount in my mobikwik account to my bank account. Please note my details regarding mobikwik account:- User Id: [protected], Email Id: [protected]@yahoo.com. And the detais of the account from where I received the money:- User Id: [protected]. Amount transferred : rs 4510 on date 10/10/2017. Now i need to unloack my mobikwik account so that i can use this money. Customer care for mobikwik is not reachable and they are not helping to resolve this issue.
