Mobikwik — after payment through mobikwik ,against mseb electricity bill,operator showing bill unpaid | |||||
I paid my electricity bill of ₹460 towards MSEB, CONSUMER NO.[protected], BILLING UNIT-4236 through mobikwik wallet on 5 jan 2018.But it is showing unpaid and added in a current bill as a pending amount including late charges(Extra ₹10), what can i do now.Resolve my issue.I also mailed these complaint messeges to [protected]@mobikwik.com and [protected]@mobikwik.com from which [protected]@mobikwik.com showing receipents inbox full and not any response from another mail id.
