Mobikwik — amount debited but not not credited to credit card.

Hi,
Ticket no.#14059403.
On 6th, i want pay my credit card bill for rs.11000/- through mobikwik. Wallet balance is rs.7/.
To add money, i transferred rs.10993/- through gpay. My account debited. But credit card was not credited and wallet balance also rs.7/- only.
Immediately i made compliant through 'help'.
There onwards, i have not received any response. And it is showing 'in progress'.
How can i get money back..

Updated by C v s rao There is no response from Mobikwik., no communication. Still not resolved., It is 10th day after Transaction., How long... to solve...?

Very bad in responding and Handling Consumer Compliant.
