I have raised one ticket # 2241125 at Mobikwik regarding the amount of Rs.250 which was deducted from my ICICI bank credit card on[protected] but my Mobikwik account is not updated till date. I have done 2 transaction of Rs.250 each from different credit cards but one is updated in Mobikwik and second one is not updated.
They have closed my ticket by saying that amount has already been added in my mobikwik account but which is not. So I re-opened the ticket on[protected] and after that i have not received a single response from them.
What I want from Mobikwik is to cancel the below transcation or will not claim of this transaction so that my amount will be reversed in my credit card automatically within 15 days as per bank.
