Mobikwik — amount deducted from mobikwik account but not reached to my airtel dth account

I have recharged airtel dth [protected] for 300 which deducted through mobikwik app which says recharge sucessful however it has not been reached to my airtel dth account i have raised ticket on mobikwik 7217840 which came back as resolved however which is again not true because it has not reached still to my airtel dth account. We request you to take necessary action on this issue.
