Mobikwik — amount deducted from my account but ticket not booked

I tried to book train ticket through mobiwiki gateway payment system in 22/10/2017 for an amount of rs. 125.90. But amount of was deducted from my account vide igacfrjiu9, but ticket was not booked
I tried to book train ticket through mobiwiki gateway payment system in 24/10/2017 for an amount of rs. 115.90. But amount of was deducted from my account vide igacgdiff3, but ticket was not booked.

Kindly resolve it an early date.
