Mobikwik — Amount deducted from my bank account and not paid to the client | |||||
Hi, on 28th mar 2017 i tried to pay 240 rupees to sophia publications through mobikwik. From my bank account i payed 232.61 and balance amount from supercash. But the amount was not payed to sopghia publications and they sent a mail regarding the same. I put a complaint on 28th march 2017 as showing below: "hi, my last transaction related to sophia publications not completed. But money deducted from my account and it not yet reached to sophia publications. So please verify and put it back to my account asap. 28 mar, 2017, 6:43pm" But i didn't get any response from mobikwik. Also tried to contact them through below contact no. S they published in website. Contact us @ [protected], [protected]. I'm getting message like 'number doesn't existing or number switched off'.
