Mobikwik — amount deducted from my wallet but not credited into my listed bank account

Hi,

I tried to transfer amount of 10000 with including transfer charges 10424.8 rs
Through mobikwik app on jan-21-2020 but amount got deducted from my mobikwik wallet but the amount not credited into bank account which i was added.

I has raised support ticket for to refund amount but i did not received money and even i did not get notifications status on my issue ticket from mobikwik team

My ticket number : 13586483

I tried to contact customer contact so many times but it is connected.

I was held up to reach mobikiwik team

Please any one can help how can do the action on this...??
