[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Amount disbursed but not credited yet

I have taken a loan of 25000 through mobikwik app on 29 th december they are saying the withdrawal is successful but the amount is not credited to my bank account they issued emi time lines but how can i pay emi if i not received any amount please help
