I am sayanna, i made a money transfer of 5174.05rs from mobikwik wallet to bank on 21st nov2018. While sending the amount at the last minute error came. Amount deducted from my account still not refunded or credit to my account. I raised complaints in customer service ticket numbers are (9777264, 9786064) five days gone the amount is not refunded please help me by solving the problem. My mobile number is [protected].
