Mobikwik — amount not credited in mobikwik wallet

Actually i want to add my mobikwik wallet with Rs.50/- and i made a transaction which furthur results in debit of Rs.50/- from my Andhra bank account but the same is not credited in my mobikwik wallet with Rs.50/- and still showing my previous balance of mobikwik wallet of Rs.79/- only. Please check it fast and make my Rs.50/- refund into my Andhra Bank acount
