[Resolved] Mobikwik — amount not credited to the recipient | |
I had made an electricity bill payment on 21st july, but the amount hasn’t been yet credited to the operator. I had registered a complaint at bbps in help section as per suggested by the support. But there was no worthy response. I tried reaching the customer care, but all the contact numbers as well as mails are invalid. This is very poor service from mobikwik.
