Mobikwik — amount of rs 12000 deducted from my account but did not transfer to destination bank account.

I did two transactions of rs6000 each. Money got deducted but did not transfer to the bank account, i sent it to through upi transaction. Mobikwik is saying to contact my bank that is sbi. But sbi says to contact mobikwik. I am very tensed. It is very important amount for me. I have raised complaint to mobikwik. I need a solution soon, but nobody is ready to help. Both platform are playing with me.
