Mobikwik — amount transaction

I transferred 500 inr from my icici bank to indian overseas bank account [protected] using mobikwik app but the money not deposited to the beneficiary account. It was debited from my account instantly. I complaint to the mobikwik many times but no satisfactory response provided to me. Mobikwik close the complaint. My complaint ticket no.11117100

I complaint to the mobikwik customer care but taking long time for resolve the issue. Nobody is giving satisfactory response and asking for wait. But how much not clear..
