Mobikwik — Amount was debited and recharge was unsuccessful

i want to know if in your system shows transaction successful then why it does not show in transaction history and i did not received any massage for successful transaction... i have added 1000 rs. then after i have try to recharge of my tata sky but did not done and i have tried three time ( 250, 250, 50 ) total amount 550 Rs. was deducted then after 1 day i have try again for recharge that was successful. so i just want to know when my money will return in my account and also i request you that kindly provide me customer care no. i dont have. Today( 9.02.15) also i have done recharge of 100 Rs just now at 7:30 PM and that was unsuccessful and my money again debited from account, So kindly request you to if this way my account will debit then can i add more money in my account and how can i trust. With today amount, total debited amount is 650 /- So i m requesting u to kindly update my account with my money. and also i have attached proof for 100 Rs which was debited today ( transaction was unsuccessful )
