Money is debited from my credit card of rupees 45 for Airtel number ([protected])recharge of (rupees 45). Error is seen, after the completion of the transaction from the credit card but the money was debited from the credit card. So, refund it at the earliest. Screenshot/message is attached below for confirmation.

          I would like to inform you that as on dated 10 jan 2020 on my mobikiwk wallet account which is 10000 rs but on 10 jan my amount is deducted of rs around 9398 which is not done by me and after that remaining aomuint is also deducted, my all money is deducted from my wallet of mobikwik. After that i have disable my login id due to security reasons and i also contact to bajaj finserv which is tier up to bajaj finance.

                Today I recharged an airtel number but the transaction failed. I got the money Rs 149 deducted from my bank account but It's not even refunded to my bank account nor my wallet. Please refund my money as soon as possible, that will be your kindness.

                  Dear team,

                  From my account 06.04.2020 at time 9:57 & 9:58 pm an fraud transaction took place of amount 5 +20000 +10000 =30005 from credit card account and the transaction message shows that it took place through mobikwick but i don’t have any mobikwick account i don’t received any o t p for the above mention transaction kindly do the necessary steps.

                    Dear team,
                    I want to complaint regarding fraudulent transaction by register mobile numbers in mobikwik.

                    I have placed order value of rs.
                    1000/ on 4th april, 2020, on mob: [protected] and [protected] after which amount was deducted from my credit card. Below is the msg for your ref:

                    Alert: you've spent rs.1000.00 on credit card xx5932 at mobikwik on[protected]:18:39:03. Avl bal - rs.783410.76, curr o/s - rs.16589.24. Not you? Call [protected].

                    Post that, person blocked my number and not responding to calls. For security reasons, i had to block my credit card to avoid unauthorized debit.
                    Further investigated that they are looting continuously to people over phones. They have updated these mobile numbers with reputed shops on the google search where people are getting trapped.

                    My further request to please take immediate action and help me. I will be highly thankful if my hard earned money will be refunded and those fraudulent persons will be behind bars.

                    Attached copy of police complaint is for your reference.

                    Dear Concerned,

                    Further to my complaint, I want to inform you that I am getting threatening calls from same pple to take back complaint. The number from which I receive calls is [protected] and [protected].

                    They are calling with new numbers to trap people like us. They must have cheated many people and these criminals should caught immediately.

                    I would request your support to resolve this issue and help me getting refund and lodge police complaint from your end.

                    Hope to get positive response from your end.

                          Sir on date 12th april 2020 i booked hp gas cylinder from mobikwik with rupees 789.50 with my order id mk[protected] with full amount paid online
                          Sir on date 16th april cylinder was delivered to me with slip of 789.50 rupees as cash on delivery order i discussed whole matter with delivery boy that i paid online but after so much discussion he said he will go now and will not deliver cylinder if i not pay him full amount of 789.50 rupees again in cash sir so at last i paid him as cash also and now when i complaint about this with mobikwik on same date of 16th april i shared photo slip of delivery also with them they till now not properly replying to me saying please do complaint on bbps option on their application i tried but it was giving error from so many days so i called mobikwik on their customer care number they told me bbps compliant they filed and given me complaint number = api[protected] & api[protected].
                          Bur sir all those compliant numbers they given seems to be fake because they told me go to bbps option on their app and click existing compliant and enter this number you will get details about resolution but when i try to do this it was "complaint not found" sir i m frustrated now because now they are not replying to my query i want my money of online booking as back to my source because in hp gas there is no option as they adjust bill in another delivery or anything they deliver when we book and pay them i m clear frustrated now my registered mobikwik mail id [protected]@gmail.com & mobile number [protected].
                          Sir my this complaint is for 3 companies mobikwik, hp gas and bbps because all of them not solving my query kindly solve my issue and initaited my online paid amoyunt as refund please beacuse i already paid whole amount in cash also if they want delivery slip i can provide them that also

                              I was searching for jobs on Naukri.com and had taken their paid subscription on the 15th of March 2020.
                              On the 14th of April, 2020, I recieved a call from '+91 [protected]' from Gurgaon, Delhi NCR saying that dueto corona virus crisis they are refunding all the paid subscribers and sent a link to me on my number (Link:- www.refund4naukri.in) and asked me to share my card number as well as account number details. I was kept engaged on the call, so I first gave them my HDFC debit card details which they said is not acceptable and asked for another card. I gave them my Canara bank debit card details which gradually led to some transactions from their side through my bank account. I received two messages from my bank which said Rs. 4, 180 was 'Deducted' from my account 'twice' at 5:05pm. And then again at 5:12pm a transaction of Rs 20, 800 was made from my account. Three times in a row my money was deducted. Payment mode was Mobikwik

                                  I added money into my mobikwik wallet during month of december, 2019.
                                  After that i didn't check, but during month of march, 2020 i noticed that my whole money used to purchase gift card and not able to login and my account is blocked.

                                  When i approached to mobikwik then mobikwik not responding proper resolution and enable my account and returning my money to wallet.

                                    Someone has used my debit card details and taken 30000 from my card ...this is doe through mobiwik via sbi. Request to assist.
                                    My mother(Sree Lekha Devi)) account is been hacked and an amount of Rs.20, 175 been deducted yesterday(19/4/2020 at 3.00PM).

                                    When i checked my account statement, 20175 been deducted as part o[censored]tility_ShrothamI and 9999 rs been deducted as part of CITRUSPAY KOTAK. Hence total of 30000rs been deducted.

                                      I have done my hdfc credit card bill payment of rs 34281 using mobikwick mobile app rs 1500 was in my mobikwick wallet and amount of rs 32781 was deducted from my bank account but after that transaction got failed and also my wallet balance not debited now they have not refunded me the money back

                                      I have immediately filed complaint in help they gave me ticket i'd 14637146 but no response received from them
