Hi team,
My money 9500 in my wallet, unable to transfer to bank account due to incomplete kyc
Today i received a mail that unknown mobile number is added as my primary mobile number and after some time the total money wallet of rs.9500 has been transferred to unknown merchant.. Please assist on this.. As well mobikwik doesn't having any customers support for assistance..

Note : i send mail to support but no response from their end.

    My transaction id is mk[protected] dt. 22/09/2019 paid rs. 4543/- water bill through this app and same was deducted from my icici bank but municipal corporation, jalandhar did not received any money. My water bill is still pending. Corporation told me go to mobikwik. Kindly solve my complaint and give benefit to me against my payment made to corporation through digital payment channel.

    As i already filed a complaint regarding my payment to municipal corporation, Jalandhar through mobikwik but payment not reflected in municipal site. They told me we have not received any payment from Mobikwik. I have written a letter to corporation but no information received from their side. I sent you that application for your further assistance. Kindly help me To The commissioner Municipal Corporation Jalandhar City. Reg : Bill payment through digital payment mobikwik channel of account no. 1595 in the name of Late Smt. Amar Devi, 65/3, Central Town, Jalandhar. Sir I have made a water bill payment of Rs. 4543/- throght digital channel `mobikwik’ and my payment is deducted from my bank successfully. The transaction id is MK01516937015 dt. 22/09/2019 of Rs. 4543/-, but unfortunately due to some reason this payment is not reflected in municipal corporation water ledger. I have come at your office so many times no body helped me on above said matter. So please help me to detect this payment I am enclosing here with Bank Statement, Mobikwik payment receipt all necessary documents to prove my payment made to the Corporation through digital channel. Please do the needful action which is highly appreciable. (Ramakant)

        Sir, am try to recharge my jio prepaid mobile number using 100/- top up plan all process done getting otp for deduction and my amount is deduct from bank but mobikwik display message something getting wrong my recharge unsuccessful. Please return my 100/- bcuz it's not even seen in history but i have msg's of otp in my mobile if you want proof then i will attach screenshot please return as soon as possible bcuz my plan is over i want to recharge still i did'nt receive amount in my bank account.

        I have received 5000 in my wallet, I never requested that money, someone else misused my number, I send mail many times to Mobiwik, still there is no any response from them, Mobikwik is cheating the people. Please take action against mobikwik
        I am mobile recharged Rs 108/- of Jio voucher but recharged is failed. The recharge money is deducted of my account.The Recharged is 22th November 2019, Order No. RJ[protected]. Still 4 days the recharge amount is not credited in my account. Pl refund amount in my account & oblised.

          I've lost my money through fraud calls, the payment was through mobikwik gateway. But the amount was fully sweeped from my account without my knowledge
          Please guide me how to proceed further to get back my money
          I've applied for many jobs through all placement sources. I received a call from unknown no saying that they are from reliance group hr team. Further to conversation they asked to fill the online form which they provide link. Once done they called back n said you will be getting a call from hr team. Attend the interview through phone. I've completed finally they asked me to download the app through the link send through sms. App download asked for a enrollment number generated. Once shared a amount of rs.20 will be debited from your account i said ok. But i never knew the no. Shared was teamviewer i'd. They have taken rs.16k with my knowledge.
          Please help me my one month salary it is please

            I have been facing problems every time with mobikwik, but, this time it's quiet different. I have made a payment of rs 7777 towards my rbl bank credit card using bajaj finserv wallet powered by mobikwik. Amount debited but i haven't received any payment realisation or notification either from mobikwik or from rbl/bajajfinserv. I have been writing emails to all of them nobody is taking responsibility. But no one has any clues of where my money went. There are three people who has eaten my money i don't know.

                On 30th november 2019 i tried paying my electricity (Kseb) via mobikwik. This time my amount got deducted, but system promted as transaction failure. Neither my amount got recridited nor my bill was paid. I tried contacting their customer care number [protected], which was getting disconnected automatically.
                Please help me solving.

                    I did a transaction on realme.com through mobikwik wallet for rs 9899 on 27 nov 19 and the amount debited 2 times but i entered the otp only 1 time. I cancelled the order but i only got the refund only 1 time. My mobikwik wallet no. Is [protected]. The order id showing in mobikwik wallet is same for both the transactions. I request them to refund the amount. Order id is mb[protected].

                      I did my mobile recharge of rs 189 of vodafone from mobikwik app and the money also got deducted from the account but the recharge didnt happen. Mobile number is [protected]. I want my transaction to be completed or i want the money to be refunded to my account. Kindly get it done as soon as possible. Its urgent. Kindly look into the matter immediately.                               On 26 September at 8:45 pm the bus from Kaushambi to Lakhimpur Kheri didn't arrived I waited for extra 1 hr still the bus didn't arrived.I had been calling the mobikwik and UPSRTC from around 3 months stillI haven't got my refund. This is so irresponsible behaviour from the company.

                                My credit card bill payment with transaction no. Mbk[protected] is not credited in my card account. I had made my credit card bill payment via mobikwik app with debit card, but it showing sccessfully in mobikwik app. I made my hdfc credit card bill. But mobikwik app shows it is citi bank, and the payment is not updated in credit card. I allready made a complaint, to mobikwik, but no action was taken from their end.

                                  login problem with user disabled

                                  Last week i transfered 22000/- to mobikwick using with credit card and the amount was transfered to my wallet hence the i wrongly entered otp for more than 2 times in this fact my account was disabled. While i entering to the application i was getting an error, user disabled. Further i raised ticket to mobikwick customer support team more than 5 times i didn't get any response from your end kindly clear this issue asap...

                                  Hello,
                                  I had tried to make electricity bill payment of 673 from registered mobile no: [protected]
                                  Registered mail ID: bhushan.[protected]@gmail.com
                                  Payment of 598 was made from Axis bank credit card ending with 9284
                                  rest of 75 was used from wallet
                                  The transaction got declined. The wallet money was reversed, however the 598 used from Axis bank card was still not reversed.

                                    I have an account with mobikwik which is registered with my phone number [protected] and my email id vidyadhari. [protected]@gmail.com. I have taken a boost loan of 60000 few months ago and i was regular in paying my emis. This month as i was jobless my emi was skipped. For that some lady called aruna was calling few more mobikwik user from my area and started asking money as i took a loan. It went to an extent where she was blackmailing by giving my name. And those people whom don’t even know started calling me and abused me. My reputation had gone for a toss. This is something very very unethical. Before i complain to the court and police i wanted to inform you, i will definitely take this to a really extremely high level.

                                      This is regarding card fraud complaint. My credit card has been used to transfer money from credit card to mobikwik account via a fraud call (The caller was assumed from sbi bank representative as he has my card
                                      Details). The call was regarding the up gradation of card limit and he convince me to provide more information for upgrading credit
                                      Limit but it was a hack and an amount of 1.52 lakhs has been transferred from my credit card to some mobikwik accounts in 5 different
                                      Transactions (Rs. 30000 in 4 times and rs. 32000.00 in the final one). I have raised the issue with mobikwik but have not received any updates except the acknowledgement of complaint received.
                                      The card details is provided below:
                                      Card first 6 digits: 472642
                                      Card last 4 digits: 2609
                                      Transaction date: 21/10/2019 between 5.45 pm to 6.15 pm.
                                      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am srinivas reddy my account number[protected] on last month[protected] and[protected] total 10100Rs has debit my account without my knowledge kindly refund the amount to my account number
