Dear sir, I have been recharged Tatasky DTH wrong through mobikwik I've complaint to Tatasky helpline they help me and they reverse my money but now mobikwik doesn't reversed sir I am very angry with mobikwik as my money is nor in my account and nor in my mobikwik wallet sir I don't know where my money is. Help me sir to have my amount in my account.

      I done the repayment on 1st october 2018 for my loan. The payment was done thru upi using mobikwik gateway and from my bank side it was successfully, and money was deducted. The repayment is not updated in flashcash app. Please do the needful at the earliest. See the attached file for a proof of payment.

      I have repeatedly called flashcash customer care and the number won't connect at all (Maybe fake number:[protected])
      The email i'd they mentioned i tried sending them continuous emails, all got bounced back (Fake email i'd maybe: [protected]@flashcash4now.com and [protected]@flashcash4u.com)

        I have recharged my jio mobile number with rs.399 through this app. But even after money deducted from my account my recharge is not successful or i haven't got any message regarding that. Even i have tried to contact the customer service of mobikwik but all the numbers provided on the websites are fake. I have also tried to contact them through emails but then also i haven't got their reply. It's too pathetic as i am very much irritated now as my whole work is pending. So i request you to consider my case and do proper justice as early as possible.

        Hi today we added to wallet balance in mobikwik but again i wan to send money to my friend but at the time sending money mpin i forget but tried forgot password that time blocked.

        But i need urgent that money i am in problem please do something

        Its my kind request
        Phone recharges using this app are absolutely frustrating. A big scam industry to cheat people with small sums of money so that they do not complain. Beware using apps like mobikwik .

          Yesterday[protected] i made payment of rs 635 on my idea postpaid number [protected] but due to mobikwik app issue, taken airtel network and made payment of rs 635 and now showing payment done but actually its not happen/failure. So i want my 635 amount on my mobikwik wallet.
          I also trying to call on customer care number [protected] but no body answering the call.

            Yesturday I used mobikwik app to do my prepaid recharge of my jio number and money deducted at the same time from my mobikwik wallet saying payment will take an hour and now many hours is passed my jio recharge didn't happened and I didn't got my money back. Its really very disappointing, irritating and depressing. Look, it is so urgent to do my recharge.

            Sir I am mobikwik user I send 2000 rupees to another Bank account but money was not transfer to the account. But money debited from my account and mobikwik application saw your transaction in pending from last 7 hours. Please slove this problem quickly.

              I paid Medlife on of Rs.630 and odd figure through Mobikiwk. But the supercash was not deducted. I wrote you also, but no reply. your customer care number gives it's own lecture and your advertisement, but does not listening to our complains. You people have started playing drama with clients?

              Do you want me leave your sight and complain to RBI and the ministry of finance abt your tektites?

              Pl call on [protected] other wise U face the consequences. I am senior Govt. officer, and I know my ways to handle you.

                Hi,

                The operation is worst and the customer service is worst.

                I have added money mobikwik wallet to pay electricity charges. 13 times i attempted in 3 days and all the times it failed. Since i do not want to get my rs. 7700 stuck with this wallet. I decided to transfer the money to my bank account. Again this failed. Neither my account got credited nor the money was returned to the wallet for the failed money transfer.

                The only way to contact them is through their "help" link and absolutely no response for the complaint i raised for the past 3 days.

                  I request you to refund INR 1720 (MOBIKWIK TRANSACTION ID -574f3b401c651) which I already paid through MOBIKWIK on 3rd Sep'2018 for CESC Bill.But CESC did not receive the said amount of INR 1720.

                  One more problem is that mobikwik customer care number [protected] which is available on website is not connectable also.

                  So look into the matter immediately otherwise I will go for legal steps.

                        On 29.08.18 i used mobiqwick payment gateway to pay my bescom electricity bill. At the end the status was shown as cancelled. I have not received the amount back. I have been asking them confirmation regarding the payment. They have given me two ticket id’s but so far no confirmation regarding the payment has been given although three days have elapsed.. They are also not accessible on phone. They do not provide their email id also. Kindly help me.

                          There was a failed transaction of 5662 two times, which got debited from my account but havent been credited back. Date of transaction was 2nd september. Their policy says the amount will be refunded back in maximum 21 working days. It has already been that time and yet the refund hasnt come. On contacting them, they said they have initiated the refund today, and from now to 21 working days it will be credited.

                          I had made this payment via my credit card, whose payment is due tomorrow. If this money doesnt come in i will be charged high interest.

                            Inspite of the decision of supreme court on 27-9-18 that proclaiming that no aadhaar card should be submitted by customers for verification of wallets in private companies and virtual aadhaar id provision should be made for authentication purposes in mobile apps since july 1, 2018, mobikwik is the only company which is working against public interests and government laws and promulgations.
                            I have been repeatedly complaining to the nodal officer of mobikwik but he says that it is company policy to take aadhaar details for kyc verification which i personally feel is unfair and the government and enforecement agencies alongwith uidai should stop mobikwik from such insistence. It is the duty of government to safeguard the interests of the public. I had also followed up a lot with the banking ombudsman, uidai (Phone calls they hardly received) but everybody pays a deaf ear to what we say or write to them. The ranchi uidai had earlier in may told me on phone that they were helpless to enforce virtual id before july 1 but even after that date they have done nothing-the e mails sent to them were never replied to. Due to the inefficiency of such agencies the company is having its own say at the cost of customer interest-it is simply concerned in reaping its own benefits by constantly changing its policies to suit its own ends.
                            It is my humble and ardent request to the government to intervene and stop such malpractices

                            I and my family have lost lots of money in November since mobikwik forfeited lots of our cashbacks by not allowing us to use more than Rs.100 (and that too in a very restricted manner)-we don’t have the time to plan how we should use our supercash on different activities -mostly we use it for bills payments and there is a restriction of 5% with a further restriction of maximum utilisation under postpaid, prepaid, electricity etc.-they are allowing very meagre use of supercash to serve their own ends -lost thousands this month-loss in one account is as per screenshot

                            Mobikwik still insisting on aadhaar-we lost lots of our money earned by way of supercash (over Rs.100 supercash in a month were forfeited by Mobikwik)-Mobikwik gave a false reply to cpec also
                            Taking more complaint cannot solve we have to provide call centre this not my money deducted any response, how can I solve my problem, who responsible my 500 money deducted as soon try solve my problem I hope you

Funds have moved to b2b mumbai, recharge mumbai, amazon pay, mobikwk, oxizen wallet and one97 communication. Total loss on credit card on 19.9.18 comes to 81173.00.
                              On 20.09.18 he assuring me for total refund collected my debit card details and debited my ac for 19960.0).

                                I made a payment through mobikwik of jodhpur vidyut vitran nigam ltd. The payment was 1308. The amount is deducted from my account and transaction shows error. I called too many times in the customer care but they didn't pick the call.
                                I also did the transaction before that the same was happend. Very bad service from the mobikwik.
                                I want to know the status of my refund and how much time it will take to back my refund. Please take immediate action.

                                  I have booked the tickets on mobikwik via justickets.in on 21st August 2018 and there is a cashback of 25% and I did not receive that supercash till now and in offer they did not mention offer starting date and mentioned only offer expiry date and did not receive supercash till now and responding too late.It is right way to give my supercash when you did not mention offer starting date and mentioned only expiry date.
