money not credited in my wallet

I was trying to. Load my payzapp account for an amount of rs. 21, 000/- though the amount got debited from my mobikwik virtual card but didn't get credited in my payzapp account. When i escalate it to mobikwik they replied the transaction got settled please chk with payzapp which i did. Payzapp replied on email. Stating transaction was failed now mobikwik is asking 35 days time to escalate it and to check with payzapp. Seriously its my hard...

mobikwik-recharge cannot be processed

I have recharged my airtel number with 179 rs and it got deducted and i didnt get recharge.Mobikwik wants me to cal airtel and airtel is saying that they didnt receive any amount and wants me to contact Mobikwik.
Mobikwik is not responsible any call for my deduction money.

The issue by saying the amount is now recharged but still i didnt get any recharge.

non recharge of mob no 9836214822 vide txn id mk01425857539

My user id in mobikwik is [protected]@rediffmail.com and regd mob no [protected]. On 11.09.2018 around 11.30 hrs i made attempt to recharge of aforesaid vodafone postpaid mob no vide aforesaid txn no rs 293 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet but the recharge was not successful. Please do the needful the needful to return the amount to my mobikwik wallet.

wallet money deducted but not transferred in my bank account

My last transaction of 7-sep-2018 which was imps transfer to bank account of axis bank is showing successfully done but today the account holder is very tensed that money is not reached to his account. regarding refund against an unsuccessful transaction

I transferred my wallet balance Rs 1752 to my another mobikwik wallet on 29th August 2018. The amount was not credited to the beneficiary account but the money was debited from my wallet Later, I raised an issue to them on 30th August 2018 9.14 pm with ticket no. 9049480.They said the transaction was not successful and the money will be auto reversed into my account.But it has been 7 days and I have not received the amount yet.

money blocked for ola booking and not refunded after cancellation

I have had a nightmarish experience with online mobikwik help professionals. The level of service is amazingly poor given that it is an online wallet and one would expect them to be able to at least handle errors due to technical glitches promptly. for company change their terms and conditions during offer period..

In a past days i was install app mobikwik and enter their upi sending money new user program they promised to give 100 cashback for send 50rs to new user and its limited to 5 user to earn 500 cashback that time .and iam follow thier terms and conditions very carefully to earn cashback but now this company cheat me to add new condition after closed thier previous program..and now compony bring same program with new conditions...

wallet debit against bank transfer recovery by mobikwik

I applied for credit boost on mobikwik and got 10000 credit but as soon as i got it my amount was debited by 1000 rs saying that wallet debit against bank transfer recovery and when i asked customer care they said that it was recovered for incorrect credit of successful transaction dated 18/02/2017 i mean on that day my wallet was debited and i got the same amount in my bank how can they deduct money after 18 months this is cheating i also...

I received call on 27th august 2018 from mobile no.[protected] from someone, who said from sbi bank, saying my reward point will expire within 3 days and asked my credit card no.

He has made 1 transaction for rs. 50, 000/- on[protected] at 5.33 pm at zes*mobikwik. Please do the needful and stop this transaction and refund money, at the earliest possible.

Please help to get money back as this is my 3 months salary....
