My name is Arvind singh chouhan .My registered id is [protected]@gmail.com in mobikwik and number is [protected]. My bill not submitted however i have already complained. I was paid on 2 feb 2017. Now its 20 days ago no satisfy response . I have deducted my bill payment already but its not retrun yet . I got a email from electricity department bill not paid yet and last pay date it was on 16 feb. its already over.
If you have any kind of query please feel free contact to me.

    My name is alisha, and my phone no. is [protected] and my id is [protected]@gmail.com .i booked 3 tickets from shree krishna bus service, sleeper seat, when i booked tickets somebody from the bus side called me and said that they are already headed from unnao thats the boarding point of my ticket and also that he does not know how i got tickets, he said that he thinks its mistaken by the mobikwik and then they told me to go to kanpur to catch up other bus because i requested him that i have i have a cancer patient and have to get delhi today, when i went kanpur with patient i had to spend 2000 to go there as i am not rich this is alot of money for me, and even then he said that sorry the other bus is also booked .look at the scene!!! what a drama scene is going on with a cancer patient .!!!. i want my money back of the tickets that i booked 2600 and 2000 which i spend on going to kanpur as soon as possible and a appology letter too that you played with a cancer patient.

        My ICICI Bank details has been hacked and amount equivalent to 39, 600 has been debited to Merchant account Mobikwik. (dated 21-Jan-17)

        I have already lodged a police complaint and also informed ICICI bank not to honor the transaction. ICICI bank have responded with merchant information and also with the transaction ID's. They have informed me to claim refund from merchant.

          Fraud Transactions and other person's email address mapped to wallet

          There is a fraud happened with my MOBIKWIK wallet account. Someone has transferred 3080 Rs. to his bank account and made 40 Rs. recharge. Need to check all transactions. All these happened due to lack of below things.
          1) MobiKwik Customer database security – Mismatch in account profile data.
          2) MobiKwik Telecall and Email customer support - No telecall support
          3) MobiKwik Web portal support ticket system...

            I bought surya crystal 3 burner cooktop from shopclues.com on 7th february 2017. I bought it for rs. 1300 + 150 for shipping. Total rs. 1450. Also, they were running scheme with mobikwik 100% cashback upto rs. 500. So i paid money thru mobikwik expected rs. 500 cashback.

            Same day i received mobikwik cash back of rs. 32/- only. I sent them email and they replied that cashback is upto 100% and it can be any %. So showing 100% cashback, what i received is only 2.2% cash back.

            Product reached me on 12th february 2017. I found product damaged and therefore visited shopclues.com. Website is showing, product delivery delayed. Till today, 19th february 2017, its showing "product delivery delayed"

            Am sure, they are waiting for 10 days and they will say product delivered and 10 days over :' (

            Note: either dont buy anything from shopclues or prepare to accept it. This is first time, i bought costly item from shopclues. They are worth less than rs. 100 only so buy only items less than rs 100 only.

              Driver denied duty spoke in a rowdy manner to me and my lady co passenger, mobikwik avoid8ng proper resolution... Tickets opened to mobikwik doesn't help..

              I booked bua tickets from gokarna to bangalore in shree kumar travels through mobikwik. The drop point was mentioned as indiranagar in ticket..

              When i asked driver to drop me below things happened

              1. Driver spoke in a threatening way (Rowdy) to me and my lady co passenger that they will not drop us at indiranagar.
              2. It was never mentiined in rules and regulations provided by mobikwik that bus operator reserves the right to change drop point. Hence i had to get down in early morning at a place 12 15km away from indiranagar (My actual destination).
              3. He was driving so rushly. His behaviour to us was as if he was doing a favour by driving. I called all the available numbers in ticket and they all cut the call.. One who p8cled said they don't have a drop to indiranagar at all.

              If that is the case why mobikwik is distracting their customers by showing us offers and options which they cannot provide... My experience with mobikwik was pretty bad...

              Do mobikwik reserve the right of distracting customers by not showing the actual truth.?
              Do bus driver reserve the right of behaving ina threatening way to passengers?

                Hi the transaction history shows that my amount is paid on 15th midnight. 72 hours has been completed 10 hours before. Tomorrow is my last date. Please help. What kind of service is this being provided. Harassing customers. I tried contacting them on the numbers provided. Unfortunately they are switched off or not reachable. Now my electricity will be gone tomorrow.

                I am trying to contact custom care number of Mobikwik since tomorrow as my balance from bank got deducted but not received in my Mobikwik wallet.
                All the customer support numbers are either invalid or switched off.
                I created a problem ticket from website too but no response up to now.
                My ticket id is #5940440
                I have added 10k to my wallet and tried to tansfer to my friend bank account. at that time OTP was not generated and 30 mins later i got 4 SMS at a same time with same OTP.

                Later i tried to send money but getting the error as OTP has been sent Max number of Times, i have waited for 12 Hours but still same issue.

                    On 22/01/2017 I had added Rs. 1000 to the mobikwik wallet. The add was successful and was showing in wallet. Later this amount has disappeared from the wallet. The customer service numbers provided on mobikwik website are non functional. I have open several tickets but these are closed without any resolution. Mobikwik is not even trying to understand the issue before closing the tickets. I don't have any way to reach mobikwik and get this issue resolved. Mobikwik's customer service is extremely poor, in fact, the worst I have come across.

                    Mobikwik is running an offer on tapzo under which, your 3rd order will get 30% off if you order through mobikwik (minimum ₹200 order). I have now ordered 4 times on tapzo through mobikwik but still haven't received any cash back.

                            Hello today morning I have placed my order from first cry through mobikwik wallet of rs.889 but the transaction has been failed for my sudden shock after a few sec I got the msg that the sum of rs.889 has been deducted at the time my order which I have made from first cry has cancelled I am waiting for my amount it's really a horrible experience since morning I m trying all the possible ways to back my money but in vain.Please I request you to look into this matter asap as I have to make some purchases please.

                                      Dear sir i am varun kumar, a shopkeeper and i am use your mobikwik service to take the payment to customer.in date 01/02/2017 i had add 100 to mobikwik by my bank threw obc netbanking which status is failed and amount rs100 is debited from my bank whereas rs 100 did not added on my mobikwik wallets.
                                      I earnestly request you to please check this my transaction and refund my money.

                                      I forgot my alternate mobile no.and. Both pin to change alternate no. OTP is sending to alternate mobile no.kindly arrange reset of password throght e mail.
